Cover incorporates hypo-allergenic bamboo and naturally resists mold, mildew and dust mites. Accented with luxurious tan suede side panels. Made in the U.S.A.

Our journey of approximately two years included numerous visits to suppliers throughout Europe and across the United States. COMFORT :
Memory foam is the fastest growing mattress in the specialty sleep category and for good reason. Unlike conventional coil springs, memory foam contours to your body relieving all pressure points resulting in less tossing and turning and less aches and pains.
When memory foam first hit the market, there were three main concerns or complaints regarding the comfort. ECOSUS attacked all three of these elements successfully to further add to the comfort of memory foam:
"My memory foam mattress sleeps hot." - Common sense says that, if it takes body heat to activate the memory foam, then it must sleep hot. Using the latest in technology, ECOSUS has created a mattress that is not heat sensitive and works the same in a 60 degree mountain temperature as it does in a 90 degree beach temperature.
"I notice an odor coming from my new memory foam mattress but have been told that it will eventually go away." - An ECOSUS mattress does not emit an offensive odor and every mattress can be slept on from the very first night.
"It is extremely hard to change sleeping positions and overcome the pressure resistance from my old foam mattress." - ECOSUS memory foam is quick releasing with an open cell structure enabling easy movement from side to side. This is what we mean by no-cupping in the mattress.
An added benefit to memory foam is that it does not transfer motion. No matter how many times your spouse gets up during the night, you will continue to get uninterrupted sleep.
HEALTH :
The combination of a bamboo cover with plant based memory foam results in a mattress that is naturally hypo-allergenic and anti-microbial. This means that both the covers and foams are resistant to mold, mildew and dust mites. These benefits are extremely helpful to patients with allergies, asthma and/or chemical sensitivities.
BAMBOO COVERS - ECOSUS covers are made with 45 - 50% bamboo content which maximizes both the durability and the health aspects. Some mattress manufacturers advertise bamboo covers but the covers only have 5% bamboo content. This is not enough to stand up against mold, mildew and dust mites.
MEMORY FOAM - Using the latest technology, ECOSUS Sleep Systems are made using the first memory foam produced in the USA uniquely formulated with plant substitutes. The natural plant substitutes replace a major percentage of the petrochemicals used in conventional mattress production.
Each ECOSUS mattress is produced and vacuum packed upon order receipt which means that all the hypo-allergenic properties remain in the mattress until opened in the consumer's home. Our products are not mass produced and stored in warehouses throughout the country: therefore, we can monitor and control our quality assured promise.
GREEN / ECO-FRIENDLY :
As a company, we are totally committed to the Green / ECO- Friendly movement by combining comfort with production practices that are sustainable and earth friendly. ECOSUS Sleep Systems are made in the USA and use 20% less energy in the manufacturing process compared to conventional methods as well as using less petrochemicals.
Bamboo covers are made from one of the most rapidly renewable resources on the planet. The use of bamboo in our covers makes them biodegradable and creates a fabric that is softer than Egyptian cotton yet stronger than synthetics.
ECOSUS memory foam uses 100% natural plant based substitute for a large part of the petroleum products that are required to make foam. This patented production process results in significantly less petroleum demand per mattress and one that dissipates heat 9 times faster than other foams.
During the patented production process, the ECOSUS mattress foams are created in a sealed zero emissions facility that results in fewer chemicals and less energy being expended. The zero emissions facility also captures and filters out pollutants from the air before dispensing. This promotes a cleaner atmosphere outside your home and provides an odorless mattress for inside your home.
Each ECOSUS mattress meets the "Green Process Product" standards which means the mattresses are screened through three important standards: Clean Air Production, Sustainable Products and Earth Friendly Practices. In so doing, we are able to produce a memory foam mattress with a fraction of the carbon foot print of conventional mattresses.
The bottom support layer of the Comfortique and Lunesta is composed of a preconsumer use recycled composite poly foam. This material comes from the excess foam that is created after cutting each mattress to size - resulting in less waste going into our landfills. As an added product quality benefit, it creates an excellent and beneficial support base for our thicker mattress models.
All ECOSUS mattresses are vacuum packed and rolled. This special process reduces the amount of energy and pollution expended throughout the shipping process. In the vacuum packed state, the ECOSUS mattress can be shipped in just 20% of the space required of conventional mattresses. The #1 cause of return for conventional mattresses is damage during shipping or delivery. Each ECOSUS mattress will arrive neatly packed for easy placement while also being clean and free of contamination. You will be able to enjoy your new mattress on the first night.
There was a time when made in the USA did not mean anything - it was all about price, price and price. However, with all of the recent quality problems in so many different categories of imported items, made in the USA has become very important. After further research and personal experiences, we have determined that most overseas factories do not abide by the ecology or sustainable practices described in their literature.
