Its our goal to make your shopping experience with First Class Mattress as memorable and positive as possible. We accept returns on all new, unopened and unused products with the exception of mattresses (please see below). Opened items are not returnable due to health concerns. Simply contact us for a return authorization number within 14 days of receiving your order. Once the RA has been issued, please return the items back to us. Products returned without an RA will be returned back to the customer. The payment method used to make the purchase will be credited back in full minus the actual shipping charges.
Mattress Returns:
We offer a free 90 night tirial on all of our mattresses (120 nights on Tempur-Pedic). If you're not completely satisfied with your mattress, simply return it back to us in its orginal condition. Mattress returns should be well packaged to ensure they are not damaged during shipping. Mattresses will be inspected upon arrival to ensure they are free from stains or customer abuse. Mattresses with stains, odors or customer abuse are not returnable. Mattresses should be returned in new or like new condition. After inspection, we will contact the customer to provide confirmation of their return. Simply contact us for a return authorization number within 90 days of receiving your order.
